About Berni Bishop Pirollo
My goal is to provide both my buyer and seller clients with the best customer care experience. I am detail-oriented and ready to negotiate for you.
I think it is very important to take the time to educate my clients as I work with them.
I advise seller clients on market trends so that they know what is happening in their micro-market and with the "competition." I do this before we list their property and on an ongoing basis once we're on the market.
I like to sit down with a potential buyer client before we go out looking for a home to make sure they understand the process up front. I earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation in October 2014. However, I work with buyers and sellers of all ages.
